Part1--Draining and Flushing the Cooling System: 1.Take off the radiator cap. 2.Squeeze the radiator hoses. 3.Place a drip pan under the petcock. 4.Open the petcock. 5.Flush the radiator. 6.Recycle all liquids captured. (The liquids are considered hazardous waste and must not be poured into the ground.) Part2--Disconnecting the Radiator: 1.Remove the upper and lower radiator hose and the hose to the reservoir. 2.Disconnect the transmission line. 3.Remove all electrical wiring harness connections. 4.Disconnect the air conditioner condenser. 5.Remove the bolts from the mounting brackets. 6.Remove the radiator from the car. 7.Disassemble the radiator.
