We do not ship pwe nor do we ship with the eBay standard envelope program; as both have had major issues. We will combine shipping at a rate of .25 cents per card on average, and lots will be taken on a case by case scenario. We will strive to do our best to keep shipping costs as low as we can, but shipping rates do keep going up. We utilize eBay managed payments as our accepted form of payment(s). You have three days from all auctions end to submit payment and immediate payment is expected on all other sales.
